Registration is completely free at Poshmiles. The easiest way to do so is to register with your Facebook profile. This not only helps you by pre-filing most of the information like your name, email, networks and so on but also helps makes your profile more trustworthy to other travellers and anchors.
If you do not have a Facebook account or do not wish to register through it, you can always register with an email id.
Poshmiles will never share your Facebook account information without your consent.
You can change or update your email by going to YourAccount > EditPassword and Account Info. Here you can make the required adjustments.
Do note that a single email address can only be used for one Poshmiles account.
To change your password, go to Your Account >Edit Password. To change the password, it is necessary to know your current password.
Just click Forgot Password on the log in page. You will be prompted to enter the email address you use for your Poshmiles account and you will receive an email inviting you to create a new password.
Do note: If you registered through Facebook then your Poshmiles password is the same as your Facebook password. You can however choose to change that password by clicking Forgot Password.
You can delink your Facebook profile from Poshmiles anytime you wish to.
Experienced an issue at Poshmiles or unhappy with an experience? Please do contact us so we can help sort things out. However, if you still do wish to leave us, we respect your decision. Simply shoot a mail, addressing your concerns, to email@example.com and we take care of it for you.
Simply go to Your Account > Edit. A complete profile would include your name, a short bio, and a nice, happy photo of yourself.
The anchors with whom you have booked an experience will be able to view your profile. You can view your public profile anytime simply by going to User Dashboard > Profile > See Public Profile.
Use our search engine and filters to select a destination and an experience you would like to have be it food, music, cultural experiences, shopping among others. Follow a few simple steps and finalize your booking.
The best way is to read the experience description in full and then check user reviews. Also, do make sure the price and destination fit completely within your budget.
Yes. The traveller and anchor must be at least 18 years of age. We verify Government issued ID before giving the go ahead for any experience.
Yes, indeed! However, the experiences must be booked by the parent/ guardian, who will also accompany the minor to the experience.
We allow the vendors 48 hours to accept or decline. If accepted, payment will be processed. If declined, you will not be charged any fee. If the request expires, this might mean the vendor has not checked their inbox. Don’t worry we guarantee full refund if your request expires or is declined.
Yes. Mail us the changes at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do the needful.

No, the final price is all inclusive.
We understand you may face an emergency and need to re consider plans. To cancel, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the complete details of your booking and we will help you with the rest. Do note Poshmiles may deduct a fee for cancellation. Do carry regular travel necessities such as water, snacks, some ID, and any medication that you might require. If you need experience specific accessories – such as your own carabiner and rope for rappelling – our representative will inform you in advance.
We understand your concern. Your safety is our priority.
Our concern extends to the traveller. Therefore, we ensure all communication and payment between parties is done only through our website.
We also require that the traveller will provide a government issued photo ID. Poshmiles checks to ascertain the data on profiles, including pictures, is a match with government ID. Please do also take care of your personal safety.

Travellers are encouraged to submit reviews about an experience with ananchor, after completing the activity. Experiences with more positive reviews will be among the first that will pop up on the Poshmiles search engines. We always welcome reviews as this helps makes the community safer and well informed by travellers who have lived the experience.
Only travellers who have completed an activity can go ahead and write a review about it.
Simply go to Account > Review. Upload pictures too as this will help other travellers. Be honest and stress on points you deem necessary.
